Valour Security Services provides 24/7 in-house monitoring for corporate alarm systems, house alarms, personal duress alarms, CCTV, and more. Our ASIAL Graded A1 Monitoring Centre is reinforced by built-in, multi-level redundancies to provide unmatched reliability for our systems. This ensures the highest level of security for our clients all day, every day.

Our qualified monitoring team has more than 40 years of combined experience working in a range of services from security providers, emergency services, and the Australian Defence Force.. Our operators also have priority access to emergency services to secure a fast and effective response when necessary.

Within the Alarm Receiving Centre, Valour Security has the ability to monitor CCTV cameras. This enables our operators to verify alarms such as fire and intruder outside of normal business hours, and in some cases can prevent the need to call out emergency services.

Our secure facilities offer on-site Gunnebo Safety Deposit Boxes (SDB) for your most precious valuables and keepsakes. We boast the only set of SDB on this scale in Queensland, featuring 200 various sized boxes locked within our vault. Clients enter via a secure private entry and luxurious waiting area, before accessing their SDB in a secure area that ensures complete privacy.

The Gunnebo Safe Store Auto system offers advanced customer identification features to ensure you are the only one with access to your SDB.

Valour Security’s state-of-the-art facilities are the ideal location for all your training needs. We offer on-site security and weapons training qualifications with our in-house trainer.

We also offer classroom hire for external training courses such as First Aid and more.
